Rachel graduated from the University of Florida, studying Business Marketing. Prior to BCG, Rachel was a recruiter at The Home Depot Corporate Office. In her free time, Rachel loves to take group fitness classes, travel, and watch college football cheering on the Florida Gators!

Talent Acquisition Manager
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North-American based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in history and a minor in philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
