Whitney is a Managing Director & Partner and Recruiting Director for BCG's Calgary office. She has experience across Energy, Mining, Industrial Goods, and Whitney has worked with clients across North America and in the Alberta oil sands on a range of topics from large scale digital transformations, implementation and coaching on agile and new ways of working, development of Data Science & Machine Learning solutions, and more. Whitney holds a Bachelor in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business. Outside of work Whitney enjoys trying new restaurants, playing soccer, running, and spending time in the mountains golfing and snowboarding.

Peter Davidge is a Partner in BCG’s Calgary office. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate, after spending four years with a boutique consulting firm. As a consultant, Peter has serviced clients in a broad range of industries, including Telecom, Energy, Retail, and Private Equity. He is passionate about BCG’s Digital offerings and has done cases with BCG Gamma, Platinion, and Digital Ventures. Internally, he leads associate recruiting in Calgary and has supported several pro-bono cases for Calgary based charities and organizations. Before joining BCG, Peter worked for Stroud International, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on operations and capital projects. Peter is a Dean’s Scholar with a BASc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University. He is an avid skier, mountaineer, bookworm and self-proclaimed Iron Chef.

Olivia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in BCG’s Calgary office. She first joined the firm in January 2024 as an Events Intern and returned in January 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary. Prior to BCG, Olivia gained diverse experience working in private trust at a Canadian bank, contributing to sports journalism with the University of Calgary Dinos, and volunteering as a social media manager for a women’s hockey team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Rockies, traveling to new countries, reading, and watching history documentaries.

Evan joined BCG as a Consultant in the summer of 2025, after several years working at technology companies. Prior to BCG, he was Director of Product Operations at Kantar, where he built the company’s first global product operations function and worked closely with BCG to scale Kantar Marketplace, its agile research platform. Before Kantar, Evan worked in Strategy & Operations at Avanti Software, supporting the company’s transition to a cloud-based SaaS model. Evan graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, skiing, hockey, and serves as Chair of the Board at Vertigo Theatre.

Jack joined BCG as an Associate in 2024 after graduating from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance. Since joining the firm, he has worked across a broad range of industries and topics, including energy, banking, private equity, and agriculture, most recently supporting a company-wide transformation for an industrial goods client. Outside of work, Jack enjoys staying active outdoors through activities such as camping, hiking, snowboarding, playing basketball, and golfing. Born and raised in the Edmonton area, he is excited to help University of Alberta students learn what BCG has to offer.
