About the Series

Who can register for Launch?
Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study and backgrounds attending a college or university in the U.S. or Canada are welcome to register and participate in Launch.
Please note that signing up for BCG Launch is not a job application submission.

What will we cover during Launch?
​​​​You'll connect with current BCGers as they share stories about our impactful work across 30+ industries, digital capabilities, and how we support Associates’ growth and success. We'll also cover recruiting details and answer your questions about consulting and BCG.
Session One
Gain an inside look at BCG’s culture, values, and the day-to-day life of a consultant. Hear from consultants about their experiences, including career growth, project highlights, and how BCG supports diversity and work-life balance. Discover what sets BCG apart in the consulting world.
Session Two
Provides you with key resources to excel in BCG's application and interview process. It focuses on case interview preparation, showcasing analytical skills, effective communication, and provide guidance on crafting strong resumes leading up to the application deadline.

When can I register?
Registration for Session One is now open! Here's what you need to know:
- Register before January 31st: You will receive an email with your platform access on February 3rd.
- Register on or after January 31st: Access will be provided within 7-10 business days of registration.
- Session One registation deadline: Closes on March 31st

If you are unable to attend a session, it will in no way impact your BCG application.
BCG Launch is designed to easily fit into your schedule with recordings and on-demand content, available to all registrants. If you are unable to attend any sessions, you can view the recordings on the BCG Launch portal once it becomes available.
