BCG recruits, develops, and deploys digital strategy consultants and experts to address our clients' unique needs. We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.

Before Applying
Create or log into your BCG Profile

Update your profile information:
  • Resume in the Resume and ​ Other Documents section
  • Top two office preferences in the Personal Preferences section of your profile - these are timestamped at application - ensure they are updated prior to applying and ensure they remain consistent throughout the application process
Application Deadline - September 10, 2025 (11:59 PM Eastern Time)
Applying
Navigate to the application(s) that aligns with your top two office preferences. If you are interested in:
  • US Offices only: Apply to the US application
  • US and international offices: Apply to the US application and the relevant system or country-specific application
  • Offices outside of the US only: Apply to the system or country-specific applications
  • You can find application links for offices outside of the US on our BCG International Application and Events page.​

Digital Interest
The application will prompt you to indicate ​ whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like ​ to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes ​ when prompted. Please click here to learn ​more about the digital consultant role.
 
Post the application deadline

After Applying
Once you have applied, you will be prompted to:
  • Complete a survey asking you to confirm your office preferences and test scores
  • Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA)
  • Complete the online case (~35 minutes)
    • (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)

If you have taken the CCA or online case as part of your summer consultant application - you will not take it again. However, if you are interested in an office outside of the US, that office may ask you to re-take it.
