Meet our Team
Nahida joined BCG in 2022 as the Head of Chicago Booth and Stanford GSB Talent Acquisition. In 2023, Nahida continues to serve as the Head of BCG recruiting at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining BCG, Nahida was the Director of Academic Services and Director of Admissions for Chicago Booth, as well as the Director of several career programs at UChicago Career Advancement. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Nahida earned her B.Ed. from the University of Alberta, and received her M.A. from the University of Chicago. When she is not at work, Nahida can be found on the sidelines of sporting events with her husband, cheering on their two kids.

Grace Muth joined BCG's Chicago office as a Summer Consultant and returned in January 2025 after completing her MBA and MPP at the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and Harris School of Public Policy. Since joining, she has worked across the Public Sector, Healthcare, and Industrial Goods (IG) practice areas. Prior to BCG, she worked in marketing after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia. Outside of work, Grace loves hiking, oil painting, and working her way through Chicago's restaurant scene.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Sara joined BCG in 2025 and is based out of the Chicago office. She works as apart of the Campus Team, where she assists with recruitment at both Booth and Kellogg. Sara is originally from Iowa, but, prior to joining BCG, earned her BBA from the University of Miami. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, watching movies, and trying new food.
