Meet Our Team
Nahida joined BCG in 2022 as the Head of Chicago Booth and Stanford GSB Talent Acquisition. In 2023, Nahida continues to serve as the Head of BCG recruiting at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining BCG, Nahida was the Director of Academic Services and Director of Admissions for Chicago Booth, as well as the Director of several career programs at UChicago Career Advancement. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Nahida earned her B.Ed. from the University of Alberta, and received her M.A. from the University of Chicago. When she is not at work, Nahida can be found on the sidelines of sporting events with her husband, cheering on their two kids.

Bharg joined BCG Chicago full-time in January 2024 after interning with BCG Austin in Summer 2022. During his tenure at BCG, he has supported clients across a wide range of industries including a top US Academic Medical Center, durable consumer goods manufacturer/retailer and, most recently, a healthcare payer.Prior to BCG, ​Bharg spent 2 years in management consulting within the TMT industry, supporting post-merger strategy, operations, and technology strategy efforts. After that, Bharg worked within corporate strategy at a real-estate startup focusing on incremental revenue growth, transformation/turnaround efforts, and launch and operation of a new business unit. Bharg holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management with a major in Economics, a BS in Chemical Engineering and a BBA from The University of Texas.In his free time, Bharg likes to spend time with his wife and dog and watch Houston/Texas sports.

Jaime Witowski is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist focused on Kellogg and Owen recruiting, based in our Chicago office. Jaime has been a member of our BCG Talent Acquisition team since 2015 where she worked within Talent Acquisition Operations. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014. In her free time Jaime likes to pursue her passion in photography, spend time at her family's lake home, enjoys live music, and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Navigate to the application(s) that aligns with your top two office preferences. If you are interested in:
- US Offices only: Apply to the US application
- US and international offices: Apply to the US application and the relevant system or country-specific application
- Offices outside of the US only: Apply to the system or country-specific applications

Digital Interest
The application will prompt you to indicate ​ whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like ​ to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes ​ when prompted. Please click here to learn ​more about the digital consultant role.

Post the application deadline
After Applying
Once you have applied, you will be prompted to:
- Complete a survey asking you to confirm your office preferences and test scores
- Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA)
- Complete the online case (~35 minutes)
- (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)
If you have taken the CCA or online case as part of your summer consultant application - you will not take it again. However, if you are interested in an office outside of the US, that office may ask you to re-take it.
