Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner. Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business. His consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America on a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact. As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador. Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding, and cheering on the Raptors.

Sheena Rughani previously worked for Hydro One supporting the Chief Information Officer and team directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, she worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team. She holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and has worked as a community pharmacist providing therapeutic recommendations. Outside of work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming, and traveling to new countries.

Olivia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in BCG’s Calgary office. She first joined the firm in January 2024 as an Events Intern and returned in January 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary. Prior to BCG, Olivia gained diverse experience working in private trust at a Canadian bank, contributing to sports journalism with the University of Calgary Dinos, and volunteering as a social media manager for a women’s hockey team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Rockies, traveling to new countries, reading, and watching history documentaries.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Naveen Sharma is a Principal & Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto Office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2021 and has worked primarily with Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Institutions, covering topics like digital transformations, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization. Prior to BCG, he worked for Unilever and Procter & Gamble in roles across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Outside of work, Naveen enjoys competing in e-sports tournaments and staying up to date on the latest research in exercise science.
Naveen Sharma
Principal, Consultant Recruiting Director
Aleksandra Damjan is a Principal and Associate Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto office. After joining as a Senior Associate in 2019, Aleks has worked across various practice areas, including Social Impact, Principal Investors & Private Equity, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Financial Institutions. Prior to BCG, Aleks worked for CPP Investments, conducting primary research for the evaluation of investment opportunities, focused on the Technology and Consumer sectors. Aleks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
Aleksandra Damjan
Principal and Associate Recruiting Director
Andrew is a Principal in the Toronto office. He joined BCG full-time in September of 2016 after interning as a Summer Associate in 2015. Andrew works primarily in BCG’s Consumer Goods practice area, where he has supported a number of CPG companies and Retailers on a variety of topics, including growth strategy, network design, assortment optimization, and private label. Andrew also has experience in BCG’s Financial Institutions and Sports practice areas. Andrew graduated from Queen’s University’s Bachelor of Commerce program with First Class Honors (Class of 2016). He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Class of 2021), where he graduated with high distinction. During his MBA, Andrew interned at the NFL in the League's Club Business Development group, where he supported the ticketing strategies for each of the League's 32 clubs. Andrew also sits on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Canada. His personal interests include sports, cooking, and board games.
Andrew Vettese
Principal, Queen’s MBA Captain
Martin is an Associate and Queen’s Co-Captain in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined BCG as an experienced hire in April of 2024, after working in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Queen’s University, where he graduated in 2023. Outside of work, Martin enjoys running (marathon training), soccer, traveling, and reading.
Martin Borrero
Associate, Queen’s Co-Captain
Julius is an Associate in BCG’s Toronto office and Co-Captain of our Queen’s recruiting team. He joined full-time in 2024 after completing the Summer Associate program in 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours from the Smith School of Business. His case experience spans many industries, notably Industrial Goods (including mining and renewable energy) and Consumer/Retail. Outside of work, Julius enjoys traveling, sports, and cooking for friends and family.
