Meet Our Team

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

James is a Principal and the Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. James joined BCG as a full-time Associate in August 2015, after completing the Summer Associate program in 2014. Prior to BCG, James worked at an overnight camp as a head canoe tripper where he planned and led excursions through various provincial parks in Ontario. During his time at BCG, James has case experience across a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, financial services & technology.James has an Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, having graduated in 2015 as an Ivey scholar.In his spare time outside of work, James enjoys playing a variety of sports, producing music and traveling.

Principal, Associate Recruiting Director
Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Manager in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Katherine Henry is a Partner and Consultant Recruiting Director in BCG’s Toronto Office. She first joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2016 and returned full-time in 2018. She is a core member of BCG’s Consumer & Retail practice, with a focus on leading large-scale change efforts in the operations space.Katherine holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a BA in History from Princeton University, where she played on the varsity field hockey team. Outside of work Katherine enjoys keeping active with her two very energetic sons, playing golf, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.

Partner, Consultant Recruiting Director
Andrew is a Project Leader in the Toronto office. He joined BCG full-time in September of 2016 after interning as a Summer Associate in 2015. Andrew works primarily in BCG’s Consumer Goods practice area, where he has supported a number of CPG companies and Retailers on a variety of topics, including growth strategy, network design, assortment optimization, and private label. Andrew also has experience in BCG’s Financial Institutions and Sports practice areas. Andrew graduated from Queen’s University’s Bachelor of Commerce program with First Class Honors (Class of 2016). He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (Class of 2021), where he graduated with high distinction. During his MBA, Andrew interned at the NFL in the League's Club Business Development group, where he supported the ticketing strategies for each of the League's 32 clubs. Andrew also sits on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Canada. His personal interests include sports, cooking, and board games.

Andrew Vettese
Project Leader, Queen’s MBA Captain
Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.

Sheena Rughani
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Since joining BCG, Gianni has spent time in Digital Manufacturing, Org Design, and PMO for a national consumer brands. Through this work, he has developed skills involving business case development, product management, resourcing, executive org design, Org Builder, project management, opportunity sizing, and savings tracking. Prior to working for BCG, Gianni worked on the Strategy and Operations team of a biosecurity start-up in the process of creating a variant-specific COVID-19 vaccine for developing nations. Gianni managed various external relationships and conducted market research related to competition, clinical trial setup, and vaccine deployment. He has also spent a summer working for Klass Capital, a Toronto-based growth equity firm focused on software investing. Gianni holds a First Class Bachelor of commerce degree from Queen’s University, graduating on the Dean’s List. ​When not at work, Gianni enjoys reading, yoga, cooking, and movies.

Associate, Queen’s Co-Captain
Alice is an Associate and Queen's Recruiting Co-Captain in BCG's Toronto office. She joined BCG full-time in April of 2023, after completing the Summer Associate program in 2021. Alice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Computer Science with Distinction from Queen's University, where she graduated in 2022. Outside of work, Alice enjoys running (marathon training), practicing & teaching yoga, beach volleyball, and reading.
