Our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Internship Program aims to help students who have demonstrated a commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and respect for the individual and who have a unique perspective or background. This 10-week immersive summer internship program aims to support and develop students as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community. ​​​​​​​

The Bridge to Consulting Workshop is for freshman (first year) and sophomore (second year) students who have demonstrated a commitment to creating an environment of inclusion and respect for the individual and who have a unique perspective or background. Participants will have the opportunity to explore life as an Associate at BCG, and learn more about the consulting industry as a whole. They will also have the chance to interact with consultants from our Employee Networks, including the Black@BCG, Latin@BCG and Indigenous@BCG Networks, who will share more about their experience and work.
