Patricia joined BCG in September 2024 as a Consultant based in the Austin office. Since joining, she has worked across a variety of areas, including strategy, supply chain consolidation, procurement, and PIPE (Principal Investors and Private Equity). She holds an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and BAs in Cognitive Science and English from the University of California, Berkeley.

Molly holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and recently completed her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates.
Molly Hudgins
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Sarah joined BCG in 2017, originally in the Washington, DC office. She is currently based in the Philadelphia office and assists with the recruiting process for both ADC and MBA candidates. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked in undergraduate campus recruiting at FTI Consulting. She received her bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
