Meet our Team
Ashley oversees MBA recruiting for Stanford GSB, Haas, Anderson, and McCombs, as well as recruiting for Digitally tagged consultants. She joined BCG in 2022 as a Consultant and is now based in the Raleigh-Durham office.
Prior to BCG, Ashley's career spanned legal practice and higher education administration. She holds a JD and a BA from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and pretending to be handy with DIY projects.

Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
Patricia joined BCG in September 2024 as a Consultant based in the Austin office. Since joining, she has worked across a variety of areas, including strategy, supply chain consolidation, procurement, and PIPE (Principal Investors and Private Equity). She holds an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business and BAs in Cognitive Science and English from the University of California, Berkeley.
Patricia Mooney

Molly holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and recently completed her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.
Racquel MacDonald
Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Sarah supports international recruiting for candidates interested in BCG offices outside of the US and Canada, as well as McCombs recruiting efforts this season. She joined BCG in 2021 and is based in the Atlanta office.
Prior to BCG, Sarah spent several years as a professional musical theater actress and singer. She holds a BA from the University of Alabama.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her pets, trying new vegan recipes, practicing yoga, reading, and tackling all things crafty.
