Meet our Team
Leslie Howard graduated from the University of Missouri with bachelors degrees in Strategic Communication and Theatre Performance. She also holds a masters in Youth Studies from the University of Glasgow. After working as a recruiter and program manager in the education space, Leslie joined the BCG team in 2021 and works with students pursuing MBAs and advanced degrees. Outside of work she actus, dances, travels and spends as much time as possible outdoors.

Bruno is a Project Leader in BCG’s San Francisco office. He joined BCG in 2017 in São Paulo and has since worked across BCG Dubai, New Jersey, and San Francisco. His experience spans industries including Healthcare and Tech, with functional work in Strategy and Operations. Bruno is excited to support Stanford GSB students through their recruiting process this year.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.
Racquel MacDonald
Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Ashley oversees MBA recruiting for Stanford GSB, Haas, Anderson, and McCombs, as well as recruiting for Digitally tagged consultants. She joined BCG in 2022 as a Consultant and is now based in the Raleigh-Durham office.
Prior to BCG, Ashley's career spanned legal practice and higher education administration. She holds a JD and a BA from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and pretending to be handy with DIY projects.

Talent Acquisition Senior Manager
Kelly is a Project Leader in the BCG San Francisco office, where she joined full time in fall 2022 after completing her internship in Chicago in 2021. Most of her work is focused in the social impact/education and biopharma practice areas. She graduated from the GSB/GSE in 2022, and was a 9th grade teacher before Stanford. She is excited to support GSBers through the recruiting process this year!
