Meet Our Team

Molly holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and recently completed her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Ben joined BCG in July 2021. He is a Project Leader based in the Detroit office. Since joining, he has primarily spent his time in the healthcare space but also has experience in consumer tech and industrial goods. Ben holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Jami Dunn is BCG's Talent Acquisiton Manager for Tuck and Ross, based out of our Boston office. Previously, she worked at MIT Sloan's Career Development Office on the Employer Relations & Recruiting team. Jami holds a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst and an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, consuming reality TV, and playing with her dog, Phoebe.

Alexandra oversees Fuqua, Darden, Tuck, and Ross recruiting for BCG. Alexandra began her BCG career as a Consultant and then Project Leader in the Atlanta office. She worked with clients across a range of industries and topics before specializing within the People & Organization Practice (Leadership, Talent, Culture). Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband, little boy, and dog.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

BCG recruits, develops, and deploys digital strategy consultants and experts to address our clients' unique needs. We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.

Update your profile information:
  • Resume in the Resume and ​ Other Documents section
  • Top two office preferences in the Personal Preferences section of your profile - these are timestamped at application - ensure they are updated prior to applying and ensure they remain consistent throughout the application process
Application Deadline - November 10, 2024 (11:59 PM Local Time)

Navigate to the application(s) that aligns with your top two office preferences. If you are interested in:
  • US Offices only: Apply to the US application
  • US and international offices: Apply to the US application and the relevant system or country-specific application
  • Offices outside of the US only: Apply to the system or country-specific applications
  • You can find applications links for offices outside of the US on our BCG International Application and Events page.​

Digital Interest
The application will prompt you to indicate ​ whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like ​ to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes ​ when prompted. Please click here to learn ​more about the digital consultant role.
Post the application deadline

After Applying
Once you have applied, you will be prompted to:
  • Complete a survey asking you to confirm your office preferences and test scores
  • Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA) - FAQs here (if you applied to the US application)
    • Dates: November 13-14
  • Complete the online case (~35 minutes)
    (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)
    • Date: November 19,2024 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM ET
