Meet Our Team

Sarah joined BCG in 2017, originally in the Washington, DC office. She is currently based in the Philadelphia office and assists with the recruiting process for both ADC and MBA candidates. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked in undergraduate campus recruiting at FTI Consulting. She received her bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Michigan.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Brent interned as a Summer Consultant in 2022, and joined BCG in August of 2023. He is a Project Leader based in the Detroit office. Since joining, he has primarily spent his time helping industrial goods clients think through their digital and pricing strategies. Brent holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in Economics and Chinese from Duke. Outside of work, he enjoys lacing up his skates in a men’s hockey league in Ann Arbor.

Molly holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and recently completed her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates.

We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.
