Leslie Howard graduated from the University of Missouri with bachelors degrees in strategic communication and theatre performance. She also holds a masters in Youth Studies from the University of Glasgow. After working as a recruiter and program manager in the education space, Leslie joined the BCG team in 2021 and works with students pursuing MBAs and advanced degrees. Outside of work, she acts, dances, travels and spends as much time as possible outdoors.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Freddy is a Consultant in the Los Angeles office. He joined BCG in 2024 as a Consultant after interning in the Los Angeles office in the summer of 2022. Since joining BCG, Freddy has primarily worked on public sector cases but also has experience in diligence and social impact projects. Prior to BCG, he worked for Operation Smile focusing on organizational strategy and development alongside the executive team. He also spent time with Children's Hospital Los Angeles where he managed a multi-institutional global research project. Freddy holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Global Health from the University of Southern California. In his free time, Freddy enjoys basketball, football, scuba diving, wildlife hiking, learning different dialects of Spanish and traveling.

Emma is a consultant in BCG's Los Angeles office, where she focuses primarily on Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) projects, along with experience in post-merger acquisitions and pro bono work. Prior to BCG, she was a Senior Manager at Live Nation Entertainment, focusing on business development and content partnerships, and also held a brand marketing role at Avegant, an augmented reality start-up. Emma holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, traveling, and being with family, friends, and her dog.
