Alison joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2017. She works across a wide variety of projects with a focus on growth strategy and large transformations for consumer retail clients. She is also passionate about supporting alumni and recruiting initiatives.

Based in the Montreal office, Olivia brings extensive HR and recruitment experience. Her recruiting approach centers on ensuring a positive and meaningful candidate experience. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring hobbies and spending time with her dog, Milo.

Danika is a Project Leader in BCG’s Montreal office, which she joined in 2020. She primarily works with organizations in the industrial goods and energy sectors, supporting clients on strategy and operations mandates aimed at improving performance and driving sustainable growth. Over the course of her career, she has also worked across a range of industries, including transportation, financial institutions, and the agri-food sector. Danika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, she is an avid home cook who enjoys exploring new recipes. She is also a dedicated runner and passionate hiker, having completed iconic treks such as Annapurna Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro, and the Dolomites.

BCG Canada – Summer Consultant Job Posting (Class of 2028)
We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade. In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for consultants entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.
We are interested in meeting
MBA and Advanced Degree Candidate students (PhD, MD, JD, Post-docs) from Canadian schools scheduled to graduate in 2028 who are available for an internship during the summer of 2027.
For positions permanently located in Quebec, knowledge of French is required in order to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in the province as needed. French-language training is available to all employees in permanent positions in Quebec who do not already have strong knowledge of French.
In addition, fluency in English is required for this position, as communication with clients, partners, and colleagues is conducted outside Quebec.
