Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner. Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business. His consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America on a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact. As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador. Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding, and cheering on the Raptors.

Negar is a former management consultant with 5 years of experience in Transformational Change, mainly supporting clients with large-scale technology transformations. Negar's past experience was mainly focused in the aviation, transportation, oil & energy and public sector industries. Negar holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management where she spent one semester abroad, studying at ESSEC Business School as part of the LVMH Chair. She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Management from the University of Ottawa where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Andrew is a Consultant in the Toronto office. He joined BCG after completion of his MBA at the Rotman School of Management. Prior to BCG, he worked as a Structural Engineer at a global engineering consulting firm. Andrew's work included project management and design engineering on major capital projects within the green energy and mining industries. He also spent his MBA summer at ZS Associates as a consultant, working with a major pharma company on a loss of exclusivity strategy.

Sheena Rughani previously worked for Hydro One supporting the Chief Information Officer and team directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, she worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team. She holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and has worked as a community pharmacist providing therapeutic recommendations. Outside of work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming, and traveling to new countries.

Naveen Sharma is a Principal & Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto Office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2021 and has worked primarily with Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Institutions, covering topics like digital transformations, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization. Prior to BCG, he worked for Unilever and Procter & Gamble in roles across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Outside of work, Naveen enjoys competing in e-sports tournaments and staying up to date on the latest research in exercise science.
