Shayla oversees MIT Sloan recruiting for BCG. She joined BCG in 2018 in the Philadelphia office, spent three years in the New York office, and is now based in Boston. Prior to BCG, Shayla was an assistant director at Villanova University’s Career Center. She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.

Tanner is a Consultant in the Boston office. She joined full time in October 2023 after spending the summer of 2022 interning at BCG. At BCG, Tanner has spent time in a variety of practices, including Consumer and Marketing/Sales/Pricing, but does most of her work in Boston’s Technology/Media/Telecom practice, with a focus on large tech clients. Prior to BCG, Tanner spent 5 years at Amazon in a variety of roles, including product (Alexa) and vendor (Apparel) management. Tanner holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington. In her spare time, you can catch Tanner at the lake with her family, friends, and dog (Rory).

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Kate is BCG's Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for Sloan, based out of our Boston Office. Kate has been on the Consultant Campus Team since she joined BCG in 2022. Kate's education includes a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, where she worked in the Carroll School of Management, Office of Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment, and the Dean of Students Office. She earned a BA in Media Studies, PR & Advertising from the University of Tulsa and is a St. Louis native. Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring Boston, and snuggling her pups, Bagel & Charlie.
Kate (Leahy) Wynn
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
