Shayla Hunter,
Head of Sloan Talent Acquisition

Meet our Team

Shayla oversees MIT Sloan recruiting for BCG. She joined BCG in 2018 in the Philadelphia office, spent three years in the New York office, and is now based in Boston. Prior to BCG, Shayla was an assistant director at Villanova University’s Career Center. She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.

Alicia is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at BCG. She joined BCG in 2021 and is based in the Boston office. Prior to BCG, she did Physician Recruiting at various healthcare organizations. In her free time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Ping is a Project Leader in the BCG Boston office. At BCG, she primarily focuses on TMT as part of Team Blue, with additional experience across MSP, Consumer, and Financial Institutions. Outside of work, Ping enjoys discovering great pour-over coffee and exploring new coffee shops.
