What our Employees are Saying

"I decided to join BCG because I could apply the same principles in grad school around problem solving, creative thinking, and analytical rigor but in a fast-paced, dynamic environment working with super talented people to solve tough business problems."
Vikram Aggarwal
PhD, Johns Hopkins University
"Being an ADC was a very important part of my BCG identity and that has really stayed with me. I have continued to be a very active force in ADC affiliation, mentorship, and leadership in my office for my entire 15 years."
Jonathan Milde (Alumni)
Masters, University of Pennsylvania
"At BCG, I never stop learning and growing! Every case has some nuance, some new topic, some new approach, something - and it's always a fun challenge to figure out. Getting to do all of that with a team of other curious, smart, caring people is what keeps me here. I don't know that I could have these experiences somewhere else."
