Bridge to BCG Workshop

Bridge to BCG is an immersive workshop and a full-time job application rolled into one, designed to give advanced degree students a firsthand look at the BCG case team experience. Hosted by our U.S. and Canadian offices, the program will take place in person from May 19–20, 2026, at our Boston and Chicago offices. ​

As a Bridge to BCG participant, you will:


  • Think strategically while solving a case in a realistic case team simulation
  • Team with Bridge participants and consultants to understand the "why?" and "how?" behind case work
  • Network and connect with consulting staff and your fellow Bridge participants
  • Get to know our culture and learn about life as a consultant
  • Receive an invitation to final round interviews for a full-time Consultant role on behalf of one of our U.S. or Canadian offices

Eligibility

​Bridge to BCG is open to advanced degree candidates based in the United States or Canada looking to start full-time careers in 2027.​ ​

Eligible degree programs and pathways include:​
  • PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, ScD/DSc, DBA)​​
  • MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, PharmD)​​
  • JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)​​
  • Postdoctoral researcher​​
  • Medical trainee (e.g. resident, intern, fellow)​​
  • Practicing physician​​
Application Process

The Bridge to BCG application is designed to help us get to know you beyond your resume. Please review the steps below carefully to ensure your application is complete.​

Application Components​
The Bridge to BCG application includes up to three components. Applications that do not include all required components will be considered incomplete.​

(1) Full-Time Consulting Application​
Deadline: March 23, 2026 ​
  • U.S. interest: Apply to the U.S. application.​
  • Canadian interest: Apply to the Canada application.​
  • Interested in both U.S. and Canadian offices: Apply to both the U.S. and Canada applications​. ​
  • International office interest: Bridge to BCG is designed for candidates interested in U.S. and Canadian offices. If you select an office outside of the U.S. and Canada, your application will not be considered for the program. If you are interested in global offices, we recommend registering for BCG Accelerate.

If you apply to the U.S. application, you will be asked to complete two additional components outlined below. If you apply to the Canada application, you will only be required to complete the Consulting Career Assessment (CCA).​

​​ (2) Consulting Career Assessment (CCA):
  • CCA helps us learn more about you beyond what’s reflected in your resume and application. It provides unbiased, multi-dimensional insight into your potential for success at BCG. ​
  • After submitting the full-time application, you will receive additional details via email with information on timing to complete the assessment.​
  • You will have 24 hours to complete the assessment once you receive the invitation. ​

(3) Video Cover Letter (U.S. Applicants Only):
  • If you apply to the U.S. application, you will receive an email invitation to complete a video cover letter shortly after the application deadline. ​

​​ Next Steps
  • Applicants can expect an update on their application status by mid-April.  ​​
  • Bridge finalists will be invited to interview in late April. Interviews include two components:​
    • A 45-minute live case interview with a BCGer via Zoom.​
    • An online case exercise. ​​
