Application Process

Before applying
Review our application checklist here to ensure you're fully prepared before submitting your Bridge to BCG application. The checklist outlines key information to verify before submission, guides you through completing all application components, and provides details on additional resources.

Our Bridge to BCG application has up to three components:

The full-time consulting application (5-10 minutes):

  • U.S. interest: Apply to the U.S. application
  • Canadian interest: Apply to the Canada application
  • Interested in both U.S. and Canadian offices: Apply to both the U.S. application and Canada application
  • International office interest: Bridge to BCG is designed for those interested in our U.S. and Canadian offices. If you select an office outside of the U.S. and Canada, your application will not be considered for the program. If you are interested in a global office, we recommend registering for BCG Accelerate.

If you apply to a U.S. application, you will need to complete the two additional application components below.

  • The consulting career assessment (CCA) (30-35 minutes): CCA will help us learn more about you, above and beyond what's on your resume and application. It provides unbiased, multi-dimensional insight into your potential for success at BCG. If you apply to a U.S. application, you will receive an email from talentcentral@shl.com at the end of March, inviting you to complete the assessment. You will have 24 hours to complete the assessment once you receive the invitation. Please add talentcentral@shl.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our emails. Check out our CCA FAQs here.
  • The video cover letter (45 minutes): If you apply to a U.S. application, an email invitation to complete the video cover letter will be sent on a rolling basis from the last week of February through the deadline. Check out our video cover letters FAQs here.
