Meet our Team
Alexandra oversees Fuqua, Darden, and Tuck recruiting for BCG. Alexandra began her BCG career as a Consultant and then Project Leader in the Atlanta office. She worked with clients across a range of industries and topics before specializing within the People & Organization Practice (Leadership, Talent, Culture). Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband, little boy, and dog.

Shelbi is the Fuqua and Darden Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist. She joined BCG in 2018 after graduating from the University of South Carolina. She is in the Atlanta office. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and trying out new recipes.
Shelbi Cooper
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Jillian is a Consultant in the Raleigh-Durham office and will be the on-campus representative at Fuqua this recruiting season. During her time at BCG, she has worked across a variety of industries including healthcare, consumer, and industrial goods. She received her MBA from Fuqua in 2024. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga and walking her dog on local trails.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.
