Meet Our Team
Alexandra oversees Fuqua, Darden, and Tuck recruiting for BCG. Alexandra began her BCG career as a Consultant and then Project Leader in the Atlanta office. She worked with clients across a range of industries and topics before specializing within the People & Organization Practice (Leadership, Talent, Culture). Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband, little boy, and dog.

Monica is a Consultant in the Boston office and the On-Campus Recruiter (OCR) for the Fall 2025 recruiting season. At BCG, she has worked across multiple industries and topics. She received her MBA from Tuck and a BS in Finance, International Business, and Global Studies with a minor in Economics from Worcester State University. Outside of work, Monica enjoys traveling, hosting dinner parties, and being in the outdoors.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Jami leads BCG's recruiting efforts at Tuck and is based out of our Boston office. Previously, she worked at MIT Sloan's Career Development Office on the Employer Relations & Recruiting team. Jami holds a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst and an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, consuming reality TV, and playing with her dog, Phoebe.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

BCG recruits, develops, and deploys digital strategy consultants and experts to address our clients' unique needs. We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.
The application will prompt you to indicate whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes when prompted. Please click here to learn more about the digital consultant role.

If you apply to multiple applications, you will only have the opportunity to move forward with one country or system if selected
The office(s) you select on your application is final and cannot be changed after you apply. You will only be considered for the office you choose, and any subsequent updates to your profile will not be reflected on your application.
FT MBA - Post Applying
Once you have applied, you will be prompted to:
Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA)
Complete the online case (~35 minutes) (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)
Please note:
If you have taken the CCA or online case as part of your summer consultant application - you will not take it again.
If it's been more than a year since you have taken the CCA, you will be prompted to take it again.
However, if you are interested in an office outside of the US, that office may ask you to re-take the online case.
If you applied to both a US and an international office, your international application will be reviewed with the September 11 deadline. You will receive separate outcome notifications for each application; however, if selected, you will only be invited to move forward with one country or system.
