Shayla Hunter,
Head of Tuck Talent Acquisition

Meet our Team

Shayla oversees Tuck School of Business recruiting for BCG. She joined BCG in 2018 in the Philadelphia office, spent three years in the New York office, and is now based in Boston. Prior to BCG, Shayla was an assistant director at Villanova University’s Career Center. She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.

Erin is a Principal in the BCG Boston office and the On-Campus Recruiter (OCR) for the Fall 2026 recruiting season. At BCG, she has primarily worked on TDA (Tech & Digital Advantage) topics across a variety of practice areas. She received her MBA from Tuck and a BA in Psychology from Yale University. Outside of work, Erin enjoys baking, hiking, exploring New England, and being outdoors with friends and family.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Jami leads BCG's recruiting efforts at Tuck and is based out of our Boston office. Previously, she worked at MIT Sloan's Career Development Office on the Employer Relations & Recruiting team. Jami holds a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst and an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, consuming reality TV, and playing with her dog, Phoebe.
