Meet Our Team
Alison Fogel is a Principal in the BCG Montreal office. She joined the firm as a Summer Associate in 2017. Since joining, she has worked across a wide variety of projects with a focus on growth strategy and large transformations for consumer retail clients. Outside of case work, Alison is passionate about supporting our alumni and recruiting initiatives.

Peter is a senior associate in the Montreal office. He joined in 2023 after majoring in accounting at McGill University, earning a CPA designation, and working for 3 years at another consulting firm in Montreal. During his time at BCG, Peter has worked on org design and pricing projects for clients in the technology and airline industries. He also leads the Montreal office’s green team, helping to maintain environmental sustainability in day-to-day operations and encouraging upskilling on sustainability-related topics. Outside of work, Peter enjoys rock climbing, hiking, cycling, and board games. He is fluent in English and French.

Olivia Diec is the Talent Acquisition Manager for BCG Canada. She is based out of the Montreal office. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in HR and recruitment to her role at BCG. Her approach as a recruiter is centered around ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for each candidate. Before joining BCG, Olivia's career was firmly rooted in various HR roles, always with a focus in the consulting industry. Outside of work, Olivia is a serial hobbyist, constantly exploring new activities with friends. She also spends a lot of time with her dog Milo and will spend anytime talking about him.

Oliva Diec
Talent Acquisition Manager
Michael is a Project Leader in the Montreal office. He joined BCG in 2022 after completing his MBA from McGill University, and has worked with clients in the Consumer and Industrial Goods practice areas. Previously, Michael practiced as a pharmacist in the community setting, most recently co-founding an online pharmacy offering services across the province. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, cycling, skiing, and developing mobile apps. He is fluent in English and French.

Charles is a Project Leader in the Montreal office. He joined in 2021 after completing his MBA at MIT Sloan and has been working on strategy, digital and transformation projects in the industrial goods and energy industries. Prior to joining BCG, Charles worked in consulting in Europe. Outside of work, Charles likes to run and play racket sports but, he is currently busy with his two little boys.

The Recruiting Process
We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade. In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.
The Application Process
Eligibility
We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2026 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2025. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
