Meet our Team

Angela oversees recruiting for CBS, Wharton, Yale SOM, and Stern. Before her current role, she was a Project Leader in BCG’s New York office, focusing on health care and consumer goods clients. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and joint bachelor’s degrees in business and law from the University of Queensland in Australia. She is based in BCG’s New York office and enjoys spending time with her children and visiting Australia.

Head of CBS Talent Acquisition
Delaney is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist focused on CBS and Yale SOM recruiting and is based in the New York office. Before joining BCG, she worked in undergraduate Talent Acquisition for an information services firm. She earned her BA from Kenyon College.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Marisa is a Consultant in the New York office and the BCGer on campus for the Fall 2026 recruiting season! Marisa is a core member of BCG's Financial Services practice area, with most of her work focused on AI and pricing strategy. She received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her B.S. in Marketing from University of Delaware. Prior to BCG, she worked at Vanguard in Corporate Strategy and Product. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time traveling, exploring the New York restaurant scene, hiking, and fostering animals.
