Meet Our Team
Kate is BCG's Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for USC Marshall, based out of our Boston Office. Kate has been on the Consultant Campus Team since she joined BCG in 2022. Kate's education includes a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, where she worked in the Carroll School of Management, Office of Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment, and the Dean of Students Office. She earned a BA in Media Studies, PR & Advertising from the University of Tulsa and is a St. Louis native. Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring Boston, and snuggling her pups, Bagel & Charlie.

Kate (Leahy) Wynn
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
