Philippe is a Principal and Recruiting Director in the Montreal office. He joined BCG in 2018 after his PhD in Biochemistry from Université de Montréal and has been working with a diverse array of industrial & consumer goods clients including mining and pulp & paper. He focuses in transformations, culture, organizations and operations in manufacturing industries. Prior to joining BCG he was a finalist at the World University Debate Championship 2018 in Mexico. Outside of work, Philippe loves hiking, wakeboarding, skiing and playing chess. He is fluent in English and French.

Olivia Diec is the Talent Acquisition Manager for BCG Canada. She is based out of the Montreal office. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in HR and recruitment to her role at BCG. Her approach as a recruiter is centered around ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for each candidate. Before joining BCG, Olivia's career was firmly rooted in various HR roles, always with a focus in the consulting industry. Outside of work, Olivia is a serial hobbyist, constantly exploring new activities with friends. She also spends a lot of time with her dog Milo and will spend anytime talking about him.

Max Mehta is a Consultant in the BCG Montreal office. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics and Finance from Concordia University. He joined BCG after undergrad, and worked on a variety of projects for, private equity, financial institutions, and industrial good clients across topics including market strategy, operations, people organization and much more. In 2023, Max took a year off to go complete his MBA at INSEAD sponsored by BCG and has returned to work recently. Outside of work, Max enjoys cooking, playing squash, and playing board games.

Michael is a Consultant in the Montreal office. He joined BCG in 2022 after completing his MBA from McGill University, and has worked with clients in the Consumer and Industrial Goods practice areas. Previously, Michael practiced as a pharmacist in the community setting, most recently co-founding an online pharmacy offering services across the province. In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, cycling, skiing, and developing mobile apps. He is fluent in English and French.

Charles is a Project Leader in the Montreal office. He joined in 2021 after completing his MBA at MIT Sloan and has been working on strategy, digital and transformation projects in the industrial goods and energy industries. Prior to joining BCG, Charles worked in consulting in Europe. Outside of work, Charles likes to run and play racket sports but, he is currently busy with his two little boys.

We are interested in meeting MBA and Advanced Degree Candidate students (PhD, MD, JD, Post-docs) from Canadian schools scheduled to graduate in 2026 who are available for an internship during the summer of 2025.

The deadline for Summer Consultant applications is Sunday December 8th, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET.
Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
Other language requirement
Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside of Quebec.
