Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Recruiting Partner
James is a Partner and Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. James joined BCG as a full-time Associate in August 2015, after completing the Summer Associate program in 2014. Prior to BCG, James worked at an overnight camp as a head canoe tripper where he planned and led excursions through various provincial parks in Ontario. During his time at BCG, James has case experience across a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, financial services & technology.James has an Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, having graduated in 2015 as an Ivey scholar.In his spare time outside of work, James enjoys playing a variety of sports, producing music and traveling.

James Boudreau
Partner, Associate Recruiting Director
Miren Vijayaranjan joined BCG Toronto as an Associate in July 2024 after graduating from the Honors Business Administration (HBA) program at Ivey Business School. Previously, he was a Summer Associate at BCG and gained additional experiences as a Strategy Analyst at a bank's venture arm and as a Private Client Operations Intern at a leading asset management firm. At BCG, Miren has primarily worked on Consumer practice projects, focusing on pricing and AI strategies for a major retailer, and has also taken on technical roles, including developing pricing algorithms for an airline. At Ivey, he was President of the Consulting Club, participated in international case competitions in Washington, Rotterdam, and Spain, and taught business fundamentals through the LEADER project in Vietnam and Serbia. Outside of work, Miren enjoys films, weightlifting, discovering new restaurants in the Scarborough area, and pursuing his passion for cars.

Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Manager in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Naveen Sharma is a Principal & Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto Office. Naveen joined BCG as a Consultant in 2021. He has worked primarily with Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Institutions covering a variety of topics such as digital transformations, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization. Prior to joining BCG, he worked for Unilever and Procter & Gamble in various roles across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Outside of work, Naveen enjoys competing in e-sports tournaments and staying up to date on the latest research in exercise science.

Naveen Sharma
Principal, Consultant Recruiting Director
Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Francesca is an Associate in the BCG Toronto office. Francesca joined BCG in September 2023 after graduating from Ivey Business School as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA and Sustainability Certificate. She previously interned at BCG within the Climate & Sustainability practice.  Francesca's personal interests include mental health advocacy, climate and sustainability topics, reading, and sports!

Ena holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Western University. Prior to BCG, Ena worked at Imperial Oil and Enbridge (formerly Union Gas) in process engineering, project management, and capital project development roles. Ena has been involved in numerous initiatives and committees focused on the professional and personal development of women in STEM.

The Recruiting Process

We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade. In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

The Application Process

Eligibility 

We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2027 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2026. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
