Darren is a Managing Director & Partner and leads recruiting for BCG Canada. He is a core member of Canada's PIPE (Principal Investing & Private Equity) practice at BCG, serving clients on a range of topics from fund strategy and operations through to strategic due diligence. Prior to joining BCG, Darren worked in an investing role at Birch Hill Equity Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm with $6 billion in capital, executing acquisitions and divestitures, and working with management teams on strategic initiatives. Outside of work, Darren enjoys cycling, skiing, playing piano, reading, and spending time with loved ones.

Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Manager in BCG’s Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Meera is a Project Leader in BCG's Toronto office. She joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2018.  During her time at BCG, she has primarily worked in consumer goods on a mix of analytically rigorous and client heavy modules. Prior to joining BCG, Meera obtained her B.A.Sc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has a diverse set of start-up and technical work experience. Personal interests include playing volleyball, cooking and eating all kinds of food, and reality TV! 

Miren is a Consultant who joined BCG Toronto in July 2024 after graduating from the Honors Business Administration (HBA) program at Ivey Business School. Previously, he was a Summer Associate at BCG and gained additional experience as a Strategy Analyst at a bank’s venture arm and as a Private Client Operations Intern at a leading asset management firm. At BCG, Miren has primarily worked on Consumer practice projects focused on pricing and AI strategies for a major retailer and has taken on technical roles including developing pricing algorithms for an airline. At Ivey, he was President of the Consulting Club, participated in international case competitions in Washington, Rotterdam, and Spain, and taught business fundamentals through the LEADER Project in Vietnam and Serbia. Outside of work, Miren enjoys films, weightlifting, discovering new restaurants in the Scarborough area, and pursuing his passion for cars.

Ena holds an MBA from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Western University. Prior to BCG, she worked at Imperial Oil and Enbridge in process engineering, project management, and capital project development. Ena has been involved in initiatives and committees focused on the professional and personal development of women in STEM.

Naveen Sharma is a Principal & Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto Office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2021 and has worked primarily with Retail, Consumer Goods, and Financial Institutions, covering topics like digital transformations, procurement strategy, and supply chain optimization. Prior to BCG, he worked for Unilever and Procter & Gamble in roles across Sales, Marketing, and Trade Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Outside of work, Naveen enjoys competing in e-sports tournaments and staying up to date on the latest research in exercise science.

Catherine joined the Toronto office as an Associate in January 2025 and graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University, earning a B.A. in Business Administration. Since joining the firm, she has spent time in the Toronto PIPE ringfence, and has also worked in the TMT and consumer space on cost strategy projects as well. Prior to joining BCG, she completed an internship at Evercore Partners with their Technology Investment Banking practice with a focus on software and internet M&A transactions. Catherine is also a competitive golfer and was a member of the Western University women's golf team and led the team to an OUA victory in 2022.
