Meet our Team
Alexandra oversees Fuqua and Darden recruiting for BCG. Alexandra began her BCG career as a Consultant and then Project Leader in the Atlanta office. She worked with clients across a range of industries and topics before specializing within the People & Organization Practice (Leadership, Talent, Culture). Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband, little boy, and dog.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Shelbi supports Fuqua and Darden recruiting as a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at BCG. She joined the firm in 2018 after graduating from the University of South Carolina and is based in the Atlanta office. Outside of work, Shelbi enjoys cycling, traveling, trying new recipes, and exploring new places with her Cavapoo.

Madeleine is the on-campus representative at Darden and a Project Leader in BCG’s Washington DC office. She is a proud “Double Hoo” and always happy to be back in Charlottesville. Her client work has focused on PIPE and marketing topics. Outside of work, Madeleine loves being outside -- whether it’s a ski trip, a hike, or dinner & drinks on a patio
