Meet Our Team
Whitney is a Managing Director & Partner and Recruiting Director for BCG's Calgary office. She has experience across Energy, Mining, Industrial Goods, and Whitney has worked with clients across North America and in the Alberta oil sands on a range of topics from large scale digital transformations, implementation and coaching on agile and new ways of working, development of Data Science & Machine Learning solutions, and more. Whitney holds a Bachelor in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business. Outside of work Whitney enjoys trying new restaurants, playing soccer, running, and spending time in the mountains golfing and snowboarding.

Managing Director and Partner, Calgary Recruiting Partner
Peter Davidge is a Partner in BCG’s Calgary office. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate, after spending four years with a boutique consulting firm. As a consultant, Peter has serviced clients in a broad range of industries, including Telecom, Energy, Retail, and Private Equity. He is passionate about BCG’s Digital offerings and has done cases with BCG Gamma, Platinion, and Digital Ventures. Internally, he leads associate recruiting in Calgary and has supported several pro-bono cases for Calgary based charities and organizations. Before joining BCG, Peter worked for Stroud International, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on operations and capital projects. Peter is a Dean’s Scholar with a BASc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University. He is an avid skier, mountaineer, bookworm and self-proclaimed Iron Chef.

Partner, Calgary Recruiting Director
Olivia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in BCG’s Calgary office. She first joined the firm in January 2024 as an Events Intern and returned in January 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary. Prior to BCG, Olivia gained diverse experience working in private trust at a Canadian bank, contributing to sports journalism with the University of Calgary Dinos, and volunteering as a social media manager for a women’s hockey team. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking in the Rockies, traveling to new countries, reading, and watching history documentaries.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Graduating from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources, Julie started as an Associate at BCG in 2026. Having worked in a variety of industries during her undergrad, Julie joined BCG being excited to explore new practice areas. So far, she has had the opportunity to explore financial institutions, public sector, and transportation. Outside of work, you’ll find her in art galleries, on the climbing wall, or exploring a new country!

Associate, UBC Specialist
Niki joined BCG's Calgary office as a Consultant in January 2025, after completing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of British Columbia, where she also earned a BSc in Biology and a Master of Public Health. Her doctoral research combined qualitative and quantitative methods to study the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents and young adults with cancer. Since joining, Niki has worked across energy, mining, utilities, and grocery. Outside of work she enjoys reading, practicing calligraphy, and exploring new cities.
