Career Paths & Application

Yes, we are hiring graduates from all levels and offer different entry levels according to your degree: from Junior Associate to Managing Director & Partner. 

For consulting positions (full-time or internship), we recommend applying at least six months before your desired start date.

For non-consulting roles (BST), opportunities vary based on current needs, so we encourage you to apply as soon as you find a suitable position.

All applications must be submitted via our online job portal due to GDPR regulations. We do not accept applications via email, mail, or external platforms.

Please include the following documents:
  • CV
  • High school transcripts
  • All university transcripts
  • Cover letter (not mandatory but recommended)

In Switzerland (Zurich and Geneva), we accept applications throughout the whole year for full-time or internship positions without any deadlines. 

We do have deadlines for recruiting events and mentoring programs that are listed on the respective event information. 

Consulting positions (full-time or internship): Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French or German is beneficial but not mandatory.

Non-consulting positions (BST): Fluency in English is required. Additionally, most roles in Zurich require German, while roles in Geneva require French.

  • Consulting roles (full-time or internship): Interviews are conducted in German or French, with at least one interview in English. If you are not fluent in German or French, all interviews will be held in English.
  • Non-consulting roles (BST): Interviews are conducted in the local language (German or French) or in English. Further details will be provided with your interview confirmation.

We provide preparation calls for candidates interviewing for consulting roles. Case study preparation is essential, so we offer a case library for self-study.
