Unlocking Potential: Diversity at BCG

At BCG, we are deeply and continuously committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and jointly develop the best, most creative, and most forward-thinking solutions. We know that diversity of background, experience, and perspective enriches our work – and that’s why we actively promote diversity at all levels through a wide range of initiatives. In Switzerland, this includes Women@BCG, our global initiative empowering women across all career stages; Pride@BCG, a home for colleagues from the LGBTQ+ community and allies; Colorful@BCG, which advocates for greater cultural and ethnic diversity and actively combats racism; FirstGen@BCG, supporting colleagues who are breaking new ground in their families, whether as first-generation university graduates, caregivers, or without strong financial or academic backing; and AccessAbility@BCG, which focuses on disability inclusion, accessibility, and neurodiversity. Feel something is missing? Join BCG and help shape what comes next. We’ll support you every step of the way.

Swiss LGBTI Label

We are proud to have been awarded the Swiss LGBTI Label, a recognized quality seal for organizations in Switzerland that demonstrate a strong and sustained commitment to equality and inclusion for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex people in the workplace.

The label is awarded to organizations that take a professional and holistic approach to diversity and inclusion and actively foster a work environment where people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender characteristics feel respected, supported, and able to be themselves.

For us, this recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive and feel a true sense of belonging.
