Whether you're at a crossroad in your career planning or simply curious about consulting, this event will give you the tools and insights to set your course!
Join us for breakfast at BCG Geneva and gain authentic insights into consulting – from interactive learning roundtables in small groups to an open recruiting Q&A. Explore our culture, how we collaborate, and how growth at BCG starts from day one.
Mid-morning, we’ll switch gears with a guided matcha workshop and tasting, where you’ll learn all about the origins of matcha and the essentials of its preparation.
The event concludes with casual networking and the opportunity to exchange perspectives with BCGers and fellow students.
BCG ASPIRE Women’s Workshop is a three-day women’s professional development experience taking place from 20–22 May 2026 in Barcelona. The event brings together over 90 high-potential female students from Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa to connect, learn, and explore a career in consulting in a truly international setting.
Participants engage in a mix of interactive case work, personal development workshops, keynote talks, and breakout sessions, gaining first-hand insights into BCG, its culture, and the role of a consultant. The program is complemented by outdoor activities, networking moments, and social events, creating space for meaningful exchanges with peers and BCGers from around the world.
Women’s Empower Night is an inspiring evening designed to empower and connect ambitious women* while exploring impactful careers at BCG. Expect interactive sessions, personal insights, and meaningful conversations in a welcoming atmosphere.
