Welcome to BCG Advance
BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference for sophomore/second-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada. The half-day conference is designed to show how women can become leaders in consulting and the global business community.

Our 2025 BCG Advance registration deadline has passed. Please check back in the spring for details on the 2026 program.

How to Register and Submit Information
  • Create an account with BCG's candidate portal or update your existing account if applicable (5-10 minutes)
  • BCG Advance registration form (5-10 minutes)
  • Complete all required fields in the entry form to ensure consideration

Eligibility
  • BCG Advance is open to sophomore/second-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada
  • While the conference provides guidance on preparing for BCG and the recruitment process, attending does not include an interview for a summer internship
  • Participating in the conference is an excellent opportunity to prepare for the internship application process, which must be submitted separately
