What are the MBA Diversity Fellowships?

Are you starting your MBA program in 2024? If so, we invite you to apply for the BCG MBA Diversity Fellowship. This program is designed to celebrate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds as they embark on their business careers.

At BCG, we believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and excellence. Our MBA Diversity Fellowship Program, established in 2019, is dedicated to fostering an inclusive community within the business world. We are committed to empowering individuals from underrepresented groups, including military veterans, those with non-business work experience, first-generation university graduates, individuals from low-income backgrounds, persons with disabilities, diverse gender identities, racial and ethnic backgrounds, and sexual orientations.


We recognize the unique challenges and experiences that come with diverse backgrounds, and we are here to support you. Through a blend of in-person and virtual events, we aim to provide a flexible and enriching experience for all participants.

Application Process

Office Selection: Candidates may select up to 3 participating offices during the application process.

Application Materials: Applicants are required to submit:

  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Application Steps: To complete your application, please ensure you finish the following step:

  1. One-way video interview (15 mins): The prompt will be sent on Friday, August 30th, and must be completed by the end of that weekend to be considered.
  2. Online case assessment (30 mins): The instructions to complete the online case assement will be sent on Friday, August 30th, and must be completed by the end of that weekend to be considered.

Application deadline: Friday, August 30th. 

Eligibility

BCG MBA Diversity Fellowship participants must be enrolled in an MBA program, entering their first year in the fall of 2024 or January 2025 for INSEAD students.
