Strengthening Community

BCG’s Hispanic and Latin employee resource groups focus on developing community for Hispanic and Latin employees at BCG.

We aim to enable you to perform at your best from day one. Hear From Our People

“Moving overseas, navigating motherhood, and building a career can be amazing and isolating. Being part of the Latin@BCG network gave me what I didn't know I needed: community, friendship, and a village. The power of experiences shared made all the difference and continues to shape my journey.”
Anna Damico
Global Alumni Strategy & Engagement Senior Director
"Latin@BCG has been an invaluable network throughout my journey, grounding me in a tight-knit, supportive community as I explored new practice areas, navigated promotions, and grew personally and professionally. Whether I need guidance after tough feedback or am celebrating a milestone, this cohort is always my first stop and full of people in my corner."
