“My favorite thing about the network is the community I’ve cultivated in such a short period of time. This community constantly pushes me to be my best authentic self and inspires me to go after my wildest dreams.”
“Support from the Black+Latinx network has enabled me to persevere through the low points and pause to own the highs that are inevitable in the consulting role. My success at BCG to date, is owed in large part to my participation in this cadre.”
“I really value the warmth and approachable nature of every BOLD member. I have been supported by BOLD members of all roles and tenures. The mentorship and advice they have provided have significantly contributed to creating a positive environment for me at BCG over the last few years, and I look forward to more experiences as part of this community.”
“I love being part of BOLD@BCG because of the role we play in expanding the option space for people to find a community at BCG. Across our activities from recruiting to retention, from multiple testimonials over the last few years I believe this is particularly important for employees from our minority backgrounds in reinforcing the message that they're welcome in 'the Group'!”
If you are in a region with a group, you will be invited to register for BCG's Diversity Affinity Networks when you join BCG. Once you opt-in, you will receive network communications.
Our groups offer various programs, opportunities, and events to enhance your growth and sense of belonging at BCG. Depending on your location, you may have access to things like mentorship events and programs, panel discussions, social events, discussion forums with senior leaders, opportunities to connect with and support undergraduate students, and community dialogues. If you are in London, Amsterdam, or Brussels, the BOLD@BCG network's partnership with RARE recruitment gives you the opportunity to introduce consulting to Afro-Carribean students from top universities through events and sessions like the 'Rare Consult Program'.
We have several programs designed specifically for those interested in engaging as allies. As part of the Racial Justice Allies group, you are able to connect and engage with the network. The group hosts opportunities to engage in educational programs, cross-network events, and heritage month celebrations. You can also participate in our Inclusion Accelerators, which are local office committees that promote allyship and raise awareness on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
Yes! As a BCGer, we welcome you to join any and all networks that align with your interests and identities.
