Connecting the Black Community at BCG

BCG's Black employee resource groups focus on strengthening and increasing a sense of belonging at BCG across the Black and African Diaspora.

Stronger Together

Whether it's the Black@BCG network in our North America offices or the BOLD@BCG network in our London, Amsterdam, and Brussels offices, group members are invited to come together around shared similarities and celebrate the uniqueness of experience, culture, and heritage.

We aim to enable you to perform at your best from day one. Our global approach Unlocking Potential (UP) offers programs that empower our leaders and teams to create an environment in which you can thrive. It brings together leading-edge resources across diversity, inclusion, mental health, and wellbeing to enable your success.

If you are in a region with a group, you will be invited to register for BCG's Diversity Affinity Networks when you join BCG. Once you opt-in, you will receive network communications.

Our groups offer various programs, opportunities, and events to enhance your growth and sense of belonging at BCG. Depending on your location, you may have access to things like mentorship events and programs, panel discussions, social events, discussion forums with senior leaders, opportunities to connect with and support undergraduate students, and community dialogues. If you are in London, Amsterdam, or Brussels, the BOLD@BCG network's partnership with RARE recruitment gives you the opportunity to introduce consulting to Afro-Caribbean students from top universities through events and sessions like the 'Rare Consult Program'.

We have several programs designed specifically for those interested in engaging as allies. As part of the Racial Justice Allies group, you are able to connect and engage with the network. The group hosts opportunities to engage in educational programs, cross-network events, and heritage month celebrations. You can also participate in our Inclusion Accelerators, which are local office committees that promote allyship and raise awareness on advancing diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Yes! As a BCGer, we welcome you to join any and all networks that align with your interests and identities.

BCG seeks to grow a diverse firm with inclusion at our core. Our efforts have focused on creating a culture where all employees can thrive and feel that they belong.
