How to Use AI in Your Application Process

AI can help you prepare, but your voice is what matters most. We encourage you to use it as a tool to assist with your application, but not as a substitute for your personal insights, voice, or experiences.

How to use AI thoughtfully to support your thinking and show up authentically

Generative AI tools can be great partners as you prepare your application, helping you structure your resume, refine responses, or practice for interviews. We encourage you to use them to enhance your preparation, not replace your perspective, and to be transparent about how you have used them in your application. What matters most is your originality, experience, and ideas.

For interviews and skills assessments, please rely on your own responses unless we have said AI tools are allowed. We are interested in how you think and apply your experience; using external tools where not permitted may affect how we evaluate your application.

Keep these principles in mind to ensure your use of AI reflects the best of you: thoughtful, authentic, and true to who you are.
