How to Apply
The conference application has two components: 
  • Create an account with BCG’s candidate portal (5-10 minutes).
  • One-way video chat (10-15 minutes):
    • An email invitation to complete the video chat will be sent on a rolling basis throughout August and September. All videos are due by end-of-day Tuesday, September 24.
  • If you do not complete all required components, your application will be considered incomplete.
  • Applicants can expect an update on their application status by October 4.
Logistics

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to join the
in-person program October 24 - 25, 2024. We will cover round-trip transportation and one night at a hotel for out-of-town guests.

Meal and reasonable expenses associated with the program are covered for all attendees.
Eligibility

Make your Mark: BCG's Southwest Women's Conference is open to candidates currently enrolled in their first year of business school and are interested in exploring 2025 summer internship opportunities with BCG. Eligible candidates must currently reside in the United States or Canada and either attend or have an affiliation with a school within these countries. A strong interest in our Southwest offices (Austin, Dallas, Houston) is essential.

Please note that while the conference will provide interview preparation sessions, attendance does not include an interview for a summer position. Participation in the conference is an excellent way to prepare for the formal internship application process, which must be completed separately.
