Welcome to BCG Advance

BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference for juniors / third-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada and graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.

This half-day conference is designed to show how women can become leaders in consulting and in the global business community. Through engaging panels and skill-building sessions, attendees will deepen their understanding of BCG’s work and culture while developing practical tools to navigate the recruiting process and succeed as a future consultant.

Even if you joined BCG Advance last year, we encourage you to sign up again! This year’s program will feature new content, expanded insights into the firm, and additional opportunities to strengthen your skills and connections.

How to Register and Submit Information

  • Create an account with BCG's candidate portal or update your existing account if applicable (5-10 minutes) 
  • BCG Advance registration form (5-10 minutes) 
  • Complete all required fields in the entry form to ensure consideration 

Eligibility

  • BCG Advance is open to current juniors / third-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada and graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 
  • While the conference provides guidance on preparing for BCG and the recruitment process, attending does not include an interview for a summer internship 
  • Participating in the conference is an excellent opportunity to prepare for the full-time application process, which must be submitted separately

BCG Advance is a virtual conference that will take place via Zoom on May 21, 2026.

This conference is open to anyone curious about or interested in the world of consulting. We encourage students of all majors to apply and explore what consulting has to offer. No prior knowledge of business concepts is necessary to attend or enjoy the conference.

Undergraduate students from all fields of study and backgrounds are welcome to register. This event is intended for current junior / third-year students attending a college or university in the U.S. and Canada and interested in learning more about the Women@BCG network, which is open to all.

*Note: If you are currently pursuing your MBA or other educational degree, you are not eligible to apply for this event. BCG has a strong presence on many campuses and will connect directly with those who indicate an interest in pursuing a full-time or summer internship position with BCG. This year, BCG Advance will focus on juniors as they prepare for full-time recruiting, allowing for more tailored programming and deeper engagement at a critical point in their decision-making journey. 
 
We’ve made this shift to better align timing and content with candidates’ needs, helping ensure they are well-prepared and positioned for success in the full-time recruiting process. 
 
At the same time, we’re continuing to invest in early engagement for sophomore candidates, with expanded opportunities to connect with BCG, build skills, and engage with communities like Women@BCG ahead of recruiting. 
 
We’re excited to continue supporting candidates at every stage and helping them navigate their path to BCG. 

Yes! We consistently receive more submissions for these special events than we can accommodate. Please note that your enrollment status for BCG Advance pertains only to this conference. 
 
For information about future BCG events—either on your campus or virtual—please visit your school's page on the  BCG Careers website. 
 
Additionally, your participation in or application to this event will not impact your full-time application.

Yes, this program is only for our U.S. and Canadian offices. If you select an office outside of the U.S. and Canada, your submission will not be considered for the BCG Advance Conference.
