The BCG Visiting Associate Program is a 3-month, full-time, paid internship open to students and recent graduates with initial work or internship experience.
As a Visiting Associate, you become a full member of a Case Team, working alongside consultants, data scientists, and technologists on real client projects across a variety of industries.
As a BCG Associate or Consultant in Warsaw, you play a key role in collaborative teams, tackling complex client challenges through innovative, data-driven solutions. The role combines strong analytical thinking, quantitative problem-solving, and effective stakeholder communication, all within a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree, along with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Full proficiency in English and Polish is required.
