This is a
3-month, full-time, paid internship for students and graduates who want to develop their career in strategy consulting. As a Visiting Associate, you'll work on projects across a wide range of industries, so we're looking for people with broad interests who enjoy learning about different sectors.
You can start the program (VA-ship) throughout the year, not just over summer, and
choose your start date up to a year in advance. Our VAs become full members of their Case Teams, and take ownership of individual modules within each project.

Who Can Apply?
Apply if you are a 2nd or 3rd-year Bachelor's or Engineering student, a 1st or 2nd-year Master's student, or a graduate, with initial work or internship experience.
Full proficiency in Polish and a minimum of C1-level English are required.
What Does the Recruitment Process Look Like?
After an initial CV screening, the recruitment process includes:
Round 0
A 35-minute online test. Candidates who progress are then invited to a 30-minute call with a recruiter about their motivation, experience, and future plans.
Round 1
Two Case Interviews (1 hour each), each covering your experience and motivation as well as a case study.
Round 1 interviews are led by Senior Associates, Consultants, and Project Leaders.
Round 2
Within Round 2, you can expect two case interviews (1 hour each), following a similar structure to Round 1.
Round 2 interviews are led by Project Leaders, Principals and Partners.
During the program, you'll be evaluated twice: once at the midpoint and once at the end. These evaluations will support the decision on your Associate offer. We'll agree on your start date together, and you're welcome to push it back by up to 12 months - for example, to finish your studies or take some time to travel first.
