The BCG Ambassadors Program in Warsaw is an academic-year initiative open to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students from top universities in Poland and across Europe.

Join the program and support the employer branding activities of one of the world's leading strategic consulting firms! We are looking for students who want to actively promote BCG within their academic community. 

Proficiency in Polish and a minimum C1 level of English are required to apply.

The edition of the Program will run from October 2026 until June 2027.

Your Role as a BCG Ambassador

What Do BCG Ambassadors Do?

As a BCG Ambassador, you will:

  • Bring BCG Warsaw's promotional strategy to life by building and maintaining our image at your university
  • Promote the BCG brand among students at your own university, acting as the key link between BCG Warsaw and the academic community
  • Analyze and describe student trends and the academic landscape at your university
  • Actively promote our initiatives on social media, helping us reach the right student audiences
  • Support the organization and promotion of recruitment events within your academic community
  • Take on a dedicated employer branding assignment, combining creative and analytical work

Application Process

Application

Send us your up-to-date  CV by August 30 EOD.
We will review it and get back to you with our decision.

HR Interview

Selected candidates will be invited for a remote HR interview in early September (approx. 20 minutes), where we'll get to know you and talk about your achievements.

Final Results

In the second half of September, we will contact you with the results of your application.

FAQs:

The program is open to students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year at universities in Poland and abroad, with certain language requirements (see below). We look for people who are creative, active on social media, and enthusiastic about employer branding and consulting.

Yes. We recruit Ambassadors from universities across Europe. In previous years, our Ambassadors came from universities in the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, France, Italy etc. If there is a group of Polish students at your university, we encourage you to apply!

Yes. Proficiency in Polish is required, as most trainings and workshops are conducted in Polish. A minimum level of C1 in English is also required.

Yes. You can support BCG Warsaw 100% remotely throughout the entire academic year, with no need to relocate.

The BCG Ambassadors Program is not a paid position. However, you will gain valuable professional experience, access to trainings and workshops, and a certificate of participation upon successful completion of the program.
