At BCG Stockholm, we offer Visiting Associate and full-time Associate consulting roles for outstanding students and professionals from all backgrounds. Working alongside consultants, data scientists, and technologists, you’ll tackle transformative challenges for leading global companies and gain skills to excel within BCG and beyond. Our working language is English, so fluency in Swedish isn’t required.
As a Visiting Associate you will join consultants, data scientists, and technologists to work daily with the world’s leading businesses on a wide range of high-level strategic challenges.
For 6-8 weeks you will be fully involved in transformational, cutting-edge client work together with your team.
The knowledge, experience, and skills you gain will provide you with a springboard to excel in any field within BCG and beyond. After a successfully completed internship, you may be offered to return to BCG as a full-time Associate upon the completion of your university studies.

New joining consultants at BCG usually have between 2-20 years professional experience both in consulting and/or in a specific Industry. The years of experience can vary.
The interview process consists of two rounds of interviews, complemented by online assessments. Each consulting interview includes both a personal and a case component.
The personal component assesses your motivation and understanding of BCG and management consulting, while the case component evaluates your problem-solving, structuring, and analytical capabilities through interactive discussion.
Thorough preparation is essential to effectively demonstrate your capabilities throughout the interview process.
