Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner. Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business. Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact. As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador. Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

James is a Principal and the Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. James joined BCG as a full-time Associate in August 2015, after completing the Summer Associate program in 2014. Prior to BCG, James worked at an overnight camp as a head canoe tripper where he planned and led excursions through various provincial parks in Ontario. During his time at BCG, James has case experience across a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, financial services & technology. James has an Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, having graduated in 2015 as an Ivey scholar.In his spare time outside of work, James enjoys playing a variety of sports, producing music and traveling.

Alexandra Angelou is a Consultant in the Toronto office. Alex joined BCG as an Associate in 2022 after doing a summer internship in 2020. She has worked across topics and industries, including People and Organization, Strategy, Industrial Goods (auto, metals manufacturing), and Consumer Retail. Alex has had
the opportunity to work with BCG’s Indigenous Reconciliation Working Group and is the Captain of UofT undergraduate recruiting.Alex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Toronto. Outside of work, Alex likes to ski, play tennis, read fiction, and pursue creative interests (currently an oil painter and excited to start a sculpting class soon).

Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Manager in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

The Recruiting Process

Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

Eligibility
We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2026 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2025. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.
Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
