Meet Our Team

Audrey is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for all University of Pennsylvania students and sits in the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining BCG, Audrey was an educator in the Teach for America corps in Philadelphia. Audrey graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor's in Strategic Communication and a Masters at Columbia University. In her free time, she races triathlon and cares for her two pit-mixes Tucker and Eleanor.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Stephanie is an Associate in the Philadelphia office and the current Global Specialist for all University of Pennsylvania students interested in BCG. At BCG, she works primarily in healthcare with a specific passion for health systems, the public sector and global health. Stephanie joined BCG after receiving undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Business (dual-concentrating in Healthcare Management & Policy and Marketing) from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of BCG, she loves to hike, spend time with family (who are in Southeast Asia!) and is a Registered Nurse.

Global Specialist
Faithe is an Associate in the Chicago office and the current Global Specialist for Black and Latinx University of Pennsylvania students interested in BCG. At BCG, she has worked across industries, from social impact to wealth management to health insurance. Faithe joined BCG after pursuing a degree in Economics with concentrations in Behavioral Economics and Management and a minor in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of BCG, she loves to explore new restaurants and visit friends in different cities.

Mike Brochu is a Managing Director & Partner of the Philadelphia office. He joined the firm in 2006. Mike is a core member of the Strategy and Operations practices at BCG and works primarily in health care. He also was an Ambassador to BCG's Vienna office for a year. He serves as the Recruiting Partner for both the Philadelphia office and the University of Pennsylvania. Mike received his BS with high honors in Chemistry and History from the College of William and Mary and his MS in Chemistry from the California Institute of Technology. In his spare time, Mike enjoys SoulCycle and spending time with his wife and two children.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Lead for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Each year, University of Pennsylvania: All Undergraduates students choose to start their careers at BCG. Attend a recruiting event that's right for you & speak with BCGers on your campus.

Application Process

BCG is excited to accept applications from current students interested in our 2023 Full-Time Associate, Summer Associate Intern and Sophomore Growing Future Leader Intern roles this summer and fall! Please see below for the different open positions and apply to the one you are eligible for. Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.

For students with graduation dates between December 2022 – August 2023, we are offering two deadlines for full-time Associate opportunities:


  • Thursday, July 14, 11:59 PM ET
  • Tuesday, August 23, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel, however, full-time Associate candidates in the class of 2023 are encouraged to apply by the July 14 deadline.

For students with graduation dates between December 2023 – June 2024, we are offering two opportunities to apply for summer internships taking place during the summer of 2023:
  • Thursday, July 21, 11:59 PM ET
  • Thursday, September 15, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel. Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.

For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.

  • College transcripts
  • ACT and/or SAT scores with subscore breakdowns
  • Cover letters are optional. If the system has the field marked as required, you can just upload a second copy your resume.
