Meet Our Team

Sarah is a Talent Acquisition Lead in the Chicago office overseeing campus recruiting at undergraduate and graduate programs across the Midwest. Sarah joined BCG in 2017 in the Washington, DC office and has held a variety of roles across recruiting during her tenure. Prior to BCG, she worked in campus recruiting for FTI Consulting. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

Megan Rediker is on the Talent Acquisition team in the Minneapolis office, however started her BCG career in the Seattle office in 2016. Originally from Southern California, Megan holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband & son, reading, and exploring new local restaurants and breweries.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Kelly is a Project Leader in the Minneapolis office, with case experience in Industrial Goods, Aerospace & Defense, Public Sector, & Retail/Consumer. Prior to joining BCG, Kelly worked at Target Corporation in retail merchandising, inventory demand management, and pricing & promotions strategy. Kelly also previously founded an e-commerce company selling athletic apparel. Kelly holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a B.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota. In her spare time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, 1-year-old daughter Chloe, and golden retriever Jasper.

Project Lead and Recruiting Director
Ali joined BCG in 2018 as a Summer Associate and returned full-time in 2019. She has worked primarily within the Consumer Goods and Private Equity practice areas across a range of topics including net revenue management, pricing, growth strategy, M&A, and due diligence. Ali graduated in 2019 from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. She is also involved in several groups within the MIN BCG office including Women @ BCG, MIN Affiliation Team, and the Mental Health Committee.

Associate and Recruiting Specialist
Sarah joined BCG in May 2021. She has worked primarily within the Healthcare payer-provider practice area across a range of topics including growth strategy, private equity-owned turnarounds, and employee titling and leveling projects. Prior to joining BCG, Sarah worked in Mergers and Acquisitions for UnitedHealth Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Math and Economics from St. Olaf College.
Sarah Guezmir
Associate and Recruiting Specialist
Mike joined BCG in 2021. He has worked primarily on a variety of topics including ESG strategy, new business innovation (with Digital Ventures), and people strategy. He graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2020 with a BA in Finance and Philosophy. Outside of work he enjoys playing tennis, running and biking around the Minneapolis lakes, and trying new foods.

Assocaite and Recruiting Specialist
Stephanie joined BCG in 2020. She has worked primarily within the Consumer Goods practice area across a range of topics including digital transformation and people & organization. Prior to joining BCG, Stephanie worked for UnitedHealth Group / Optum as a healthcare consultant. She holds an MEM, BE and BA from Dartmouth College. In her free time, she enjoys photography, movies and travelling to visit friends and family.

Application Process

BCG is excited to accept applications from current students interested in our 2023 Full-Time Associate, Summer Associate Intern and Sophomore Growing Future Leader Intern roles this summer and fall! Please see below for the different open positions and apply to the one you are eligible for. Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.

For students with graduation dates between December 2022 – August 2023, we are offering two deadlines for full-time Associate opportunities:

  • Thursday, July 14, 11:59 PM ET
  • Tuesday, August 23, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel, however, full-time Associate candidates in the class of 2023 are encouraged to apply by the July 14 deadline.

For students with graduation dates between December 2023 – June 2024, we are offering two opportunities to apply for summer internships taking place during the summer of 2023:
  • Thursday, July 21, 11:59 PM ET
  • Thursday, September 15, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel. Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.

For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.
