Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner. Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business. Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact. As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador. Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Zach Hamel is a Principal and the Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. He joined BCG in 2016 after completing a summer internship in 2015. Zach’s work focuses on growth & product creation strategy with a focus on Consumer Durables & Industrial Goods. He’s worked with clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and China. Zach graduated from Western University’s Ivey Business School in London, Ontario as an Ivey Scholar.

Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Jamie Habert is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2017, and has worked primarily in BCG’s Consumer, TURN and Principal Investors & Private Equity practice areas. In particular, Jamie has significant experience working with professional Sports businesses. Jamie previously worked as a lawyer at Goodmans LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law. He graduated from the combined JD/HBA program at Western Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his daughter, seeking out new restaurants in Toronto and abroad, and cheering for Toronto's sports teams.
Jamie Habert

Duncan is a Principal in BCG's Calgary office. He joined the firm in 2019 after completing his MBA in the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. While at BCG, Duncan has worked primarily in BCG's PIPE practice, in addition to projects in the Industrial Goods, Consumer, and Financial Institutions sector across a wide range of topics. He has also spent pro bono time focused on projects in both sport and health. Prior to BCG, Duncan worked in biomedical research & design, most recently at NASA, developing innovative methods to both measure and mitigate skeletal adaptations in the International Space Station astronauts. Outside of work, Duncan's interests include sports & fitness, travelling, reading and catching live music.

Andrew is a Project Leader in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2020 after completing his MBA in the Smith School of Business at Queen's University. During his time at BCG, Andrew has worked in the Consumer, Industrial Goods, TMT and Social Impact practice areas covering a variety of topics. Prior to his time at BCG, Andrew was a professional football player in the CFL and spent his off-seasons supporting the advancement of policy and research to prevent brain injury in sport. In his free time, Andrew enjoys all things cinema-related, cooking, reading, and travelling.
Andrew Lue
Project Leader, Queen’s MBA Co-Captain
Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.
Sheena Rughani
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Jackson joined the BCG Toronto office as an Associate in January of 2022 after graduating with a Bachelors of Commerce from Queen's University in 2021. While at Queen's, Jackson held leadership roles on several student-run clubs and completed internships at BCG and Birch Hill Equity Partners, a mid-market private equity firm based in Toronto. Upon graduation, Jackson spent three months refining his French language skills in Paris as a part of the BCG Fellowship Program. In his spare time, Jackson enjoys playing squash, running, and finding Toronto’s best spots to eat.

Associate, Queen’s Co-Captain
Anchal is an Associate in BCG’s Toronto office. Prior to working for BCG, Anchal Thind served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of Diversio, a technology start-up company that uses artificial intelligence to analyze, benchmark, and improve the diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) of organizations across North America. Anchal helped develop marketing and growth strategies for the company while also managing the intern program. She has also spent a summer as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate Group at CIBC Capital Markets. Anchal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University, graduating with First Class Honours and on the Dean’s list. When not at work, Anchal enjoys cooking, yoga, reading, and painting.
Anchal Thind
Associate, Queen's Co-Captain
Ben is an Associate in BCG’s Toronto office. Prior to working for BCG, Ben Stafl worked for 2.5 years as a mechanical engineer at Hatch Ltd., specializing in metallurgical furnace design and industrial automation. Ben held technical roles on his projects, which were largely based in technology development and commercialization. Ben also spent a summer in investment banking at RBC and led the Queen’s Baja Team, an off-road vehicle design and racing team. Ben holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree, Major in Mechanical Engineering, from Queen’s University. He enjoys running, powerlifting, reading, and canoe trips.
