BCG Launch


​​​​​​​The first step in your journey to becoming a BCG Associate. Whether you want a head start on consulting or to explore an exciting new career path, BCG Launch can shape your professional future through virtual events, exclusive resources, and authentic perspectives from current BCGers.
BCG Launch is a virtual program that provides current undergraduate and non-MBA masters students an inside look into the skills and knowledge needed for the exciting-yet-challenging journey to becoming a BCG Associate.

​​​​​​​As a participant, you’ll have a unique opportunity to connect with current BCGers as they share firsthand knowledge about our impactful work across roughly 30 sectors and industries, our transformative digital capabilities, and how BCG helps our Associates learn, grow, succeed, and, yes, have fun! We’ll also cover important recruiting details and give you a chance to ask questions about consulting as an industry and specifically BCG.

BCG Launch virtual programming is designed to easily fit into your schedule with recordings and on-demand content available to all registrants. Programming will run from January to March, and again from June through July. We’ll share exact dates after you register for BCG Launch. If you are a currently enrolled at a college or university located in the U.S. or Canada, we hope you’ll join us!

BCG Advance
BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference that will culminate with an opportunity to interview for a Summer 2024 internship.

The conference is for second-year undergraduate women currently enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian college or university and graduating between December 2024 – July 2025.
Bridge to Consulting
Bridge to Consulting is an immersive workshop that enables you to explore life as a BCG Associate, make connections with others in your cohort, and develop your interview toolkit. The invite-only program culminates in an opportunity to interview for a Summer 2024 internship.

The program is for students graduating in 2025 & 2026 who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native.
BCG Launch Events
Learn how to best leverage your math skills in a BCG case interview. Listen to current BCGers walk through math problems from early BCG cases.

BCG provides you with a guided, personalized staffing model that provides you with individual support from your local talent manager, but also enables you to be entrepreneurial and explore industries & interests, locally or globally​.
