BCG Launch
BCG Launch is a virtual series designed to give Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students an in-depth understanding of the skills and insights essential for embarking on the dynamic journey to becoming a BCG Associate.
Whether you're eager to get a head start in consulting or explore an exciting new career path, BCG Launch offers opportunities to shape your professional trajectory through engaging virtual events, exclusive resources, and genuine insights from current BCG professionals.
Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study and backgrounds attending a college or university in the U.S. or Canada are welcome to register and participate in Launch.
Please note that signing up for BCG Launch is not a job application submission.

What will we cover during Launch?
​​​​You'll connect with current BCGers as they share stories about our impactful work across 30+ industries, digital capabilities, and how we support Associates’ growth and success. We'll also cover recruiting details and answer your questions about consulting and BCG.
Session One Gain an inside look at BCG’s culture, values, and the day-to-day life of a consultant. Hear from consultants about their experiences, including career growth, project highlights, and how BCG supports diversity and work-life balance. Discover what sets BCG apart in the consulting world.
Session Two Providesyou with key resources to excel in BCG's application and interview process. It focuses on case interview preparation, showcasing analytical skills, effective communication, and provide guidance on crafting strong resumes leading up to the application deadline.
When can I register?
Registration for Session Two is now open! Here's what you need to know:
Access will be provided within 7-10 business days of registration.
Session Two registration deadline June 6.
Session Two portal closes June 20.

Join BCGers with Liberal Arts & Humanities backgrounds as they walk through how to craft a compelling, impactful resume. This virtual session is open to undergraduate and non-MBA masters students.
This session will provide you the opportunity to learn more about how to prepare for the Experience & Capabilities (or behavioral) portion of our interview. Hear from a panel of consultants as they share their own stories and provide advice for navigating this component of the BCG interview. Learn how to best leverage your math skills in a BCG case interview. Listen to BCGers walk through math problems from early cases. This virtual session is open to current undergraduate and non-MBA masters students.

After registering for BCG Launch, you will receive an email with your platform access.From there, you can access live event details, including Zoom links, and view recordings of previous sessions.
Absolutely! We'd love to have you back. We encourage you to register for both sessions of Launch. While some sessions may cover familiar content, we're excited to introduce new sessions that you won't want to miss.
If you are unable to attend a session, it will in no way impact your BCG application. BCG Launch is designed to easily fit into your schedule with recordings and on-demand content, available to all registrants. If you are unable to attend any sessions, you can view the recordings on the BCG Launch portal once it becomes available.
