 Whether you plan to launch a career in consulting, or hope to discover an exciting new career path, we encourage you to apply to our program that could help you to shape your professional future.

BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference that will culminate with an opportunity to interview for a Summer 2024 internship with the firm.

This one-week, winter 2023 conference is for sophomore/second-year women currently enrolled at a college or university in the U.S. or Canada, and graduating between December 2024 – July 2025. Don’t miss this life changing opportunity to be considered!

How to apply
 Our BCG Advance 2023 application will have three components: 
  • BCG Advance digital application (5-10 minutes).
  • Pymetrics games (30 minutes). The games must be completed within 48 hours of submitting your application (prompt to play sent via email within 1-2 hours after application submission)
  • One-way video interview (45-60 minutes). The interview must be completed within 72 hours of receiving an email prompt to complete. The prompt will be sent 1-2 days after the application deadline
