Welcome to BCG Advance
BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference that will culminate with an opportunity to interview for a Summer 2025 internship with the firm.

This one-week, spring 2024 conference is for sophomore/second-year women currently enrolled at a college or university in the U.S. or Canada, and graduating between December 2025 – July 2026.

The application deadline for the 2024 program has passed.

How to Apply
The BCG Advance 2024 application will have two components: 
  • BCG Advance digital application (5-10 minutes)
  • One-way video interview (45-60 minutes) 
    • The interview must be completed by the noted deadline in order to be considered
    • The prompt will be sent 1-2 days after the application deadline
