Meet Our Team

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Recruiting Partner
James is a Principal and the Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. James joined BCG as a full-time Associate in August 2015, after completing the Summer Associate program in 2014. Prior to BCG, James worked at an overnight camp as a head canoe tripper where he planned and led excursions through various provincial parks in Ontario. During his time at BCG, James has case experience across a variety of industries including consumer goods, retail, financial services & technology.James has an Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business, having graduated in 2015 as an Ivey scholar.In his spare time outside of work, James enjoys playing a variety of sports, producing music and traveling.

James Boudreau
Principal, Associate Recruiting Director
Adil joined BCG Toronto in September 2022 as an Associate, after completing a year as an Investment Banking Analyst at a Global Elite Boutique. At BCG, Adil has worked primarily in the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice, with Due Diligence and Fund Strategy experience across a wide range of different industries, end-markets and investment strategies. Adil has an Honors in Business Administration from Ivey Business School, having graduated in 2021 with distinction. Outside of work, Adil enjoys watching Basketball and MMA, hanging out with friends, and supporting Toronto's small/indie musicians.

Associate, Richard Ivey Co-Captain: HBA
Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Katherine Henry is a Partner and Consultant Recruiting Director in BCG’s Toronto Office. She first joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2016 and returned full-time in 2018. She is a core member of BCG’s Consumer & Retail practice, with a focus on leading large-scale change efforts in the operations space.Katherine holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management and a BA in History from Princeton University, where she played on the varsity field hockey team.Outside of work Katherine enjoys keeping active with her two very energetic sons, playing golf, and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.

Partner, Consultant Recruiting Director
Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Francesca is an Associate in the BCG Toronto office. Francesca joined BCG in September 2023 after graduating from Ivey Business School as an Ivey Scholar with an HBA and Sustainability Certificate. She previously interned at BCG within the Climate & Sustainability practice.  Francesca's personal interests include mental health advocacy, climate and sustainability topics, reading, and sports!

Connor joined BCG in July 2022 after completing his MBA at the Ivey Business School. Prior to his MBA, Connor spent five years working at Scotia Wealth Management. His work focused on developing strategic initiatives to drive new business and deepen client relationships. Outside of work, Connor enjoys golfing, running and reading. He is passionate about youth education and has been involved with organizations focused on mentorship and financial literacy.

The Recruiting Process

We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade. In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

Eligibility 

We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2026 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2025. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
