Meet Our Team

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Charlotte MacDonald is a Principal and Associate Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto office. Charlotte joined BCG as an Associate in 2013. She spent her first couple of years exploring a variety of industries, and has since primarily served Retail and Consumer Goods clients, covering a variety of topics including large transformations, pricing strategy, and franchise strategy. During this time, she spent six months staffed in London, UK and worked with teams from all over North America. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Charlotte is a proud Atlantic Canadian, having grown up between Halifax and PEI. Outside of work, she enjoys doing anything she can to stay active (a recent Peloton convert) and re-acquainting herself with the Toronto restaurant scene.

Charlotte Macdonald
Principal, Associate Recruiting Director
Marwan joined BCG Toronto as an Associate in May 2021. He has case experience in the PIPE practice. Prior to joining BCG, Marwan's experience was mainly in operations consulting. He worked at Deloitte (Public Sector Transformation in Toronto) and MNP (process improvement in Mississauga). He also worked in procurement at a Real Estate Development Firm in Oakville. Marwan graduated from Ivey Business School in 2021 with an Honors in Business Administration. Before Ivey, Marwan spent two years studying Political Science. In his free time, Marwan enjoys playing and watching soccer, travelling (when it is safe to do so), and watching classic movies.

Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Jamie Habert is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2017, and has worked primarily in BCG’s Consumer, TURN and Principal Investors & Private Equity practice areas. In particular, Jamie has significant experience working with professional Sports businesses. Jamie previously worked as a lawyer at Goodmans LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law. He graduated from the combined JD/HBA program at Western Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his daughter, seeking out new restaurants in Toronto and abroad, and cheering for Toronto's sports teams.

Partner
Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.

Sheena Rughani
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Katie joined the BCG Toronto office as an Associate January 2022. She completed her undergraduate degree at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western Ontario, graduating as an Ivey Scholar. Prior to Ivey, she spent two years studying Health Sciences. During her internship summer with BCG, she worked for LEAP through BCG's Social Impact Ambassadorship Program. She also led an internal project to provide a landscape analysis of best practices in venture philanthropy in impact measurement. Growing up in Northern Ontario, Katie enjoys spending her free time outdoors - camping, swimming, hiking, fishing, and more. She also enjoys reading, trying new food, and travel.

Taylor Whitehouse is a Project Leader in the BCG Toronto office. He joined BCG as a Consultant in 2019 after completing his MBA at the Ivey School of Business. Taylor’s work has spanned several practice areas including Consumer and Retail, Financial Institutions, and Principal Investors & Private Equity. Most recently, Taylor has been working on Climate & Sustainability related topics with BCG’s Centre for Canada’s Future. Prior to BCG Taylor worked in Finance at PepsiCo Canada and graduated from the BBA program at Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his fiancé and dog, playing guitar, and staying active.

Eligibility

We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2024 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2023. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives. We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

For candidates interested in the Montreal office, please note that knowledge of French language is required.
