 Empowering the next generation of leaders in Saudi
Jeel Tamooh is an association for next generation leaders, hosted by BCG Middle East. The program develops, motivates, and inspires the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi to achieve their full potential. It strengthens their leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills.

The 5-month program allows students to engage in interactive workshops, and dynamic discussions in diverse sessions with world-class speakers, to shape their communities. The program’s Career Fair is a collaborative opportunity between the Jeel Tamooh members and BCG’s clients, allowing the members to meet prospective employers.
