Career Paths at BCG in Qatar

Associates

Associates are typically entry-level consultants. The associate position is available to fresh graduates with internship experience and to young professionals with 1-2 years of full-time working experience.

Consultants

Applications are open all year round for experienced professionals or those who are completing/have recently completed an MBA.

Expert Hires

Experienced professionals looking to specialise in particular practice areas or functional topics. These roles are advertised as and when they become available.

Digital Hires

We hosted a heartfelt “When Life Happens” panel, where BCGers Alberto Pardo and Shyam Seshadri shared powerful stories of vulnerability and resilience, joined by Dr. Briar from the Free Spirit Collective for an inspiring discussion on navigating life’s challenges.

We also launched our pilot training, “ACT Now: Crisis Response” by EnMasse, designed to equip our employees in support roles with the skills and confidence to respond compassionately in moments that matter most.
