Crack the Case
Crack the Case is our annual social impact case competition that aims to solve the most acute societal issues in partnership with an NGO. Students from different schools and study lines across Denmark come together to create real impact on a company.

This is your chance to try on the consultant's shoes for three days inside the beautiful amusement park and pleasure garden in the city center of Copenhagen, Tivoli.

It is also a great networking opportunity as you get to meet many other brilliant students, BCG consultants, participate in social events, and have a lot of fun.

For a sneak-peek of the program, you can have a look at the video above from Crack the Case 2022.

Our Project Leader, Sidsel Green, joined Crack the Case in 2016 and won together with her team.

Doing Business In (DBI)
DBI is our annual case competition abroad. When joining this program, you will spend approximately two weeks abroad solving a real-life case for Novozymes.

During your time abroad, you will be collecting knowledge from different companies and workshops that you will be able to use for the case solving. The trip will also be packed with social activities and networking opportunities. You will return to Denmark with new experiences, new learning, and lifelong friendships.

“Participating in Doing Business In was an extraordinary experience that I highly recommend. The diverse selection of talented participants and opportunity to visit so many pioneering companies made the trip unforgettable.

As a student with a background in biological engineering, I sincerely appreciate the insight I gained in the consulting industry and how my knowledge and skillset can be applied in this context.”

Perspectives of life as a new BCGer

"From my very first case, I quickly learned that you are given a lot of responsibility - no matter your tenure. Now after having experienced a few cases, I am impressed by the thorough feedback system and continuous willingness to teach from the people I have worked with. Naturally, this is accompanied by an expectation of a willingness to learn. My current case is a travel-case, which includes flying to London every week. This is a great opportunity to dive even deeper into the casework and, importantly, to get to know my team and the client really well. This social aspect is an invaluable part of BCG - when you spend a lot of time with great people, you tend to become friends along the way."
